The two-floor complex with a total area about 15,000 sq.m., which includes an ice-skating arena with stands for 3 000 spectators, a training sector, an area for mass skating, a hall for strength sports, a children's and youth sports school, a restaurant and a recreation area. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in 2019. Project design works and architectural supervision are handled by specialists of Project Development Institute No.1.
